Our Warranty

Every JoyRaining knife is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your knife fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our support team at joyrainingknife@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include photos of the defect.
3. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and provide next steps.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unmodified knives in their original packaging.

• To initiate a return, contact us at joyrainingknife@gmail.com.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
