Please note that we couldn’t send our folding knives to individual customers in the UK and India. Due to the strict knife laws in the UK and India, our folding knives have a rather high possibility to be regarded as gravity knives, spring-assisted knives, and centrifugal force-opening knives. Shipping Fees
We provide free shipping and paid shipping based on the destinations of your orders.
Customs Fees
It’s the customers’ liability to pay the customs fees and other unexpected fees when customs fees occurred.
We declare a proper value for customs on all shipments that are shipped out from China or overseas distribution centers. You may email at support@vosteed.com for more information about the declared value, or to request a specified value within hours from the purchase time.
Estimated Shipping Time
The shipping time varies depending on the distribution centers and express companies of your package, and under no circumstances we will hold reliable for the damage or loss due to the delay in the delivery of the package.
Packages should arrive in the United States within 3-7 business days.
Delivery to Mexico, Australia, and Europe places normally takes 10-25 business days.
Notes:
All the requests will require 1-3 business days for planning and packaging(Except for pre-order).
For orders to Non-US countries, there might be a risk of being rejected by either our domestic Customs or your local Customs according to our carriers. If the items are not allowed to ship to the designated location or are being rejected by Customs, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and have to cancel the order
Losses due to incomplete & incorrect addresses or fraudulent transitions by customers should be borne by them.。
Orders that have been shipped out cannot be canceled generally. Customers shall hold responsibility for the shipping fees and relevant additional fees if they want to cancel the orders that have been dispatched out.
